Passport Applications

The City of Clyde Hill is an authorized passport application acceptance facility.  You may come to City Hall to submit applications for new passports and submit applications for persons under 16 years of age.  If you are an adult and your passport has been expired for more than 5 years, you may no longer renew your passport, but must submit an application for a new passport.

Passport Renewals

If you received your passport after the age of 16 and it has been expired for less than 5 years, you may renew it on your own by mail.
