MUNICIPAL COURT
The City of Clyde Hill has contracted with the City of Kirkland for Municipal Court services. The Kirkland Municipal Court will hear all criminal misdemeanor cases and will process all non-criminal traffic citations or parking citations for violations that occur within the City of Clyde Hill and the Town of Yarrow Point.

The Kirkland Municipal Court does not handle civil protection orders or civil or small claim cases. These cases can be filed with the District Court.
