• NOTICE OF HEARING FOR VARIANCE REQUEST: The City of Clyde Hill will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, March 29th, 2024 to hear Variance Request #LUA2024-0005. A variance is requested to CHMC 17.16.035 for trellis, 17.37.020 for fences and 17.16.040 for front yard setbacks. Read the full notice.
