  Notice of SEPA Action - Determination of Nonsignificance

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clyde Hill, Washington has issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) for the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update.

Proposal Description: 2024 Periodic Update to the City of Clyde Hill, Washington Comprehensive Plan.
Applicant: City of Clyde Hill

The SEPA responsible official has determined that this action does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment and that the issuance of a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) is appropriate. A copy of the draft legislation is available for review on the City website, and PDF copies can be requested. Any interested party may submit written comments on this proposal. Written comments on the DNS must be submitted to the City of Clyde Hill, 9605 NE 24th Street, Clyde Hill, WA 98004 in person, by postal mail to the address above, or by email before 4:00 pm, Thursday, October 31, 2024.

• This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2): the lead agency will not act on the proposal for 14 days from the date below. Comments must be received by: 4:00 pm, October 31, 2024.
